Creates mini-applications (spells) based on user descriptions
Stores generated spells locally on your device
Provides integrations with device features (calendar, contacts, etc.)

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use the app only for lawful purposes
Not generate content that is harmful, illegal, or violates third-party rights
Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the app
Be responsible for any spells you create and share

4. Content Ownership

Your Content: You retain ownership of descriptions you provide and spells generated for you
Our Technology: We retain all rights to the app's code, design, and AI systems
Generated Code: Spells generated by the AI are yours to use, modify, and share

5. Mana and Purchases

Mana is a virtual currency used for AI generation features
Purchased Mana is non-refundable except as required by law
Free Mana may be earned through watching advertisements
We reserve the right to modify Mana pricing and earn rates

6. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

Accuracy or functionality of generated spells
Loss of data or spells on your device
Third-party integrations or API availability
Any damages arising from use of the app

7. Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time for violations of these terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
